Toby Lee Rowan, Paramedic Mille Lacs Health System - Onamia, MN Last Call: 01/07/2021 Toby Lee Rowan, 47, Mille Lacs Health System, died in the line of duty of a medical event. He also worked with Cuyuna Regional Medical Center EMS and Fifty Lakes Fire and Rescue. Toby’s co-workers refer to him as a wonderful paramedic to work with, always prepared for what was required for patient care, always encouraging, and praising others for a job well done. Toby was a man of faith who enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and other friends and family.
